September 11 Tattoos

Why get a tattoo? What do they mean? People all over the world decide to get tattoos for multiple different reasons, some of more importance than others. The story of September 11 tattoos shows images of people who got tattoos of something very close and personal to them. I really like how all three were different and unique in their own way. Some are religious, while others are memorial. This reading was very close to heart because september 11 was a big tragedy for our country, but it is also my birthday and I'll never forget those who gave their life. These images really hit home and I enjoyed seeing all the tattoos and how people memorialize special events in their life.
